ROLLIN NASH, JR.
Mr. Nash received his Bachelor of Science
degree from Oklahoma
State University
in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate from University of Oklahoma College of Law in
1980. He is admitted to practice in the State
of Oklahoma, the Western, Northern and Eastern
Districts of Oklahoma,
the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme
Court.
Mr.
Nash has served as a lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars and is a
regular panel instructor for the Oklahoma Banker’s Association Advanced
Commercial Lender
School. He is a member of the Oklahoma County
and Oklahoma Bar Associations, and is a charter member and past President of
the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association.
Mr.
Nash has been in continuous private practice for more than twenty-seven
years. He regularly represents banks and
financial institutions, large national organizations, as well as locally owned
business entities, and individuals engaged in diverse areas of real estate, commercial
and business activities. He frequently
represents individuals and entities with respect to venture capital projects
and structuring new business projects and enterprises, including numerous
commercial and residential real estate transactions.
In
addition to his commercial and business practice, Mr. Nash has extensive
experience in representing professional trust companies and trust
departments. Mr. Nash’s law practice
includes estate planning and representing trustees and fiduciaries in transactions
in litigation.
Mr.

Commercial Law, Real Property Law, Estate Planning, and Fiduciary and Trust
Litigation.
CYNTHIA
COHENOUR
Ms.
Cohenour received her Bachelor of Science in 1974, her Master of Education in
1976 and her Juris Doctorate in 1987 from the University of Oklahoma College of
Law. She serves as Treasurer for the Oklahoma City
Alumnae Chapter of Iota Tau Tau, an international legal association. She is admitted to practice in the U.S.
District Court, State of Oklahoma.
Ms.
Cohenour is a member of the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council and has
served as lecturer for various Continuing Legal Education seminars. She is a long-standing member of the Oklahoma
Bar Association.
Ms.
Cohenour’s legal practice is concentrated in Estate Planning and Trust
Administration, Estate and Gift Tax Law, Individual and Fiduciary Income Tax
Law, Probate, Guardianship, and Real Property Law.
KEVIN
KELLEY
Mr. Kelley received his Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum
laude) from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma in 1985 and his
Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1988. While
in law school, he studied at Oxford University (Queens College) in the summer
of 1986 and he was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award,
Constitutional Law I in 1986.
Mr.
Kelley is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma; the United States Supreme Court;
the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma; the U.S. Circuit
Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
Mr.
Kelley has served as a lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars on
various topics, including Commercial Law, Collections, Lending, Lenders’
Rights, Bankruptcy and Civil Procedure, and has taught Constitutional Law at
Oklahoma State University – Oklahoma City Campus. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar
Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and was a charter member
and past President of the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association.
Mr. Kelley’s legal
practice focuses on Business and Commercial Law, Contract Law, Creditor’s
Rights and Collections, Bankruptcy Law (creditor representation), Civil
Litigation and Real Property Law.
GARY L. GIESSMANN
Mr.
Giessmann received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma
in 1975 and his Juris Doctorate in 1985 from Oklahoma City University College
of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the OCU Moot Court Board
(1983-1984). He is admitted to
practice in the State of Oklahoma, the
Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals,
Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr.
Giessmann is a former full and adjunct professor at Oklahoma City Community
college, and has taught numerous classes at
Moore-Norman Vo-Tech. He is a member of
the Oklahoma County,
Cleveland County and Oklahoma Bar Associations,
and a member of the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association.
Mr.
Giessmann’s legal practice focuses on Civil Litigation, Civil Appeals,
Commercial Law, Collections, Bankruptcy Law and Real Property Law.
DENNIS
S. BOXEUR
Mr. Boxeur received his Bachelor of Science
degree in 1975 from St. Peters College in New
Jersey and his Juris Doctorate from the University of
Oklahoma College of Law in 1978, where he was an officer of Phi Alpha Delta
Fraternity. He authored “An Overview of
the Oklahoma Securities Act for the General Practitioner”, 51 Oklahoma Bar Journal 9, 1980. Mr. Boxeur served as Associate General
Counsel for the Oklahoma Securities Commission from 1978 to 1980. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the
Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Court, Northern
District of Texas, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and
the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
From 1969 to 1975, Mr. Boxeur was a First
Lieutenant in the New York Army National Guard.
His legal practice includes Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Personal
Injury Law, and Arbitration.
GINA D.
KNIGHT
Ms.
Knight received her Bachelor of Arts degree (with high honors) from the University of Oklahoma,
Norman, Oklahoma
in 1985, and her Juris Doctorate in 1989 from the University of Oklahoma
College of Law, Norman, Oklahoma.
She was a recipient of the Bess Zeldrich Ungerman Scholarship and is a
member of the Law-related Education Committee.
Ms.
Knight is admitted to practice in all state courts in Oklahoma and federal court for the Western
District of Oklahoma. She is a member of
the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.
Ms.
Knight’s legal practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Family Law, Guardianship,

KENNETH
L. PEACHER, II
Mr. Peacher received his Bachelor of Arts
degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman,
Oklahoma in 1972 and his Juris
Doctorate in 1975 from Oklahoma City University College of Law, where he was a

BRIAN J. BOERNER
Mr.
Boerner received his Bachelor of Business Adminstration degree
in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma in
Norman, Oklahoma in 2003. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2007
from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. Boerner is
admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma District Court.
Mr.
Boerner is a member of the American Bar Association and the Oklahoma
Bar Association.
